Our House Fire

Two weeks before Christmas we had a house fire on the VSMOBLEY farm.  We lost the farmhouse and almost everything in it.  The wind-fueled fire moved on to the forest surrounding.  After several hours of fire-fighting by my husband and fellow volunteer fire-fighters, the fire ceased. . . . and our new life began.

We got out of the house safely.  In very stylish pajamas.  And in the last few months we have had many friends and family offer support to help ease our recovery.

This blog has now turned into an inspiration/thinking board.  I want to document the trials, tribulations, and hair brained ideas that come out of me as my family begins again.
